Where

We will be staying at the Alpine Forest Lodge in Duck Creek, UT. Here is a link to their website.
http://www.duckcreekvillage.info/about_lodge.htm

We have also rented a nearby cabin that some of you will be staying in.

The kitchen is a stocked kitchen and has three large refrigerators. The cabin also has a kitchen/fridge.

All rooms in the lodge have linens and a private bathroom. The rooms in the cabin also have linens. Those of you have kids will need to bring sleeping bags for them to sleep on the floor. If you have a futon in your room, you still need to bring bedding for it.

Room Assignments-these are subject to change!

A few notes about rooms:

1. I tried to assign them based out on size and number/size of people sleeping in each room. I have not seen the rooms in the cabin, so those are based on the info I've been given and my own guesswork.

2. I tried to put all those who have napping children in the main lodge, so you don't have to leave and miss all the action while you have sleeping kids.

3. Those of you who have kids on the floor-it might be tight in your room. Glenn & Janae, Kirk & Katrina, and Jed & Angie all have fairly large rooms, so I think you'll be fine. Liz & James and Reed & Kathryn are my biggest concerns. Brent & Ricky, you might consider bringing a tent to sleep in. If you do that, we can switch Reed & Kathryn and Liz & James and I think it'll all work out.

  1. Such helpful information, thank you! I was wondering how much bedding we needed to bring and now I know. As far as linens go, are there really enough towels for all of us, or should we bring those too?

    1. Good question. For those of you who have people on the floor, you might want to bring towels as well. Our room last time was a queen bed room and it had enough towels for three people.
