Check-in Time

Check in time is 4 pm. If you arrive before then,  you won't be let in since they will be be cleaning up after the group that leaves that morning.

Weather

Duck Creek sits at an elevation of 8500 feet above sea level. This means we are in the mountains and it will get cold in the evening! Last week the weather was beautiful: low to mid 70's  during the day and cool in the evenings. I was glad I had a sweat shirt and long pants-even while sitting around a campfire. The lodge stayed quite warm at night (I never noticed it being cold, even when waking up at 3 am to take care of a baby). Just make sure you check the weather before you pack! Things can change!
